Day-to-day delivery
We offer day-to-day delivery when ordering before 2.00 PM.
Delivered free within the country. At orders less than 1000 DKK a charge of 125 DKK is added.
Right of return
Vi provide 365 days right of return. Return the article in original packaging. The article must be unused and not damaged. The freight of return is paid by the customer. Return must be agreed before sending back the article.
Guarantee
We provide a guarantee of 3 years given correct use and maintenance on the basis of the instruction of the product’s data sheet.
A guarantee of 3 years is provided on manufacturing faults. Disposable products are not included in the guarantee. Furthermore, reservation for incorrect use is taken.
All products are manufactured under ISO 14001 & 9001.
Claim
If a claim occurs contrary to expectation, please address info@nordiskmicrofiber.dk with a description af pictures. In the event of a complaint case it is almost every time closed within 48 hours.
