Personal data
Nordisk Microfiber only handle personal data in connection with order processing and solving tasks for customers. When signing of an agreement of cooperation a consent is given to NMF that we can keep and handle following information:
- Name
- Adress
- Potential delivery address
- Email adress
- Telephone number
- CVR number (Central Business Register)
The data is being handled and kept in our financial system, which is on a server that only we and the supplier have access to. Personal data is therefore kept safely and they are not being passed on to third party without agreement from the customer. Relevant information will be given to the freight company for delivery of orders.
Data is kept as long as the customer relation exists, except for invoices that will be kept for at least 5 years under existing laws.
Cookies
We use cookies from Google Analytics in order to improve the user experience. It means that we recieve information about for instance time of visit and which sites are visited. We do not recieve personal information about the users and can not see who they are.
At any time cookies can be deleted. Notice that using this way, new cookies at next visit are not prevented. To completely avoid cookies, the setting of the browser must be changed.
Statistics
We use Google Analytics for statistical data of number of users and the chosen sites on the website. We only use the information for generel statistics and not for every single user. The information is used to obtain larger knowledge of the users, so we contincontinuously can adapt and improve content, products, and technology.
Data security
We always keep information safe and confidential in accordance with present legislation, including The EU General Data Protection Regulation and Danish Data Protection Act.
Nordisk Microfiber makes use of business partners that conduct work on our behalf to keeping and processing data. Our business partners are obliged to keep all data strictly confidential and only for the current purpose.
