Now, NMF’s newly constructed headquarters is almost ready for move-in 🏠

NMF’s new HQ is taken shape, and we look forward to moving in and showing it in the new year!

The new address has now been confirmed by the municipality, and starting from January 2025, it will be: Kroghs Park 86 🏠

Our upcoming headquarters is conveniently located near the exit in Tietgenbyen, Odense SØ, and has been designed with a strong focus on both functionality and environmental considerations.

To create a future-proof and more sustainable building, we have made several conscious choices. Among other things, we chose concrete as a building material due to its long lifespan and low maintenance requirements.

We have also focused on minimizing energy consumption. For instance, the building is oriented with offices facing north to reduce the need for cooling during the summer months. The windows have been carefully selected and optimized to reduce heat loss, while the roof and walls are heavily insulated to retain heat during winter and lower energy use. This results in an optimized insulation solution that reduces the need for materials without compromising on quality.

With these initiatives, we look forward to welcoming our customers and partners to a headquarters that reflects our values and commitment to sustainability.
